Audio Visual and Room Bookings

The Audio-Visual Team is responsible for AV equipment across both Loughborough & London campuses. The team provide both reactive and proactive support, maintenance and advise to teaching, research, and end user environments including teaching room technologies, ReVIEW lecture capture, video conferencing and event production.

All equipment in the teaching rooms is open access and doesn’t need to be booked. If you experience any issues with the equipment or have further enquiries regarding support, please contact us.

The Teaching Support team is available:
Monday to Friday
8.00am to 5.45pm (term time)
8.00am to 4.30pm (out of term time)
