Book your place at graduation here by 24th June 2022 at the latest. But first make sure you have read and understood the information below BEFORE you book - it may include information you weren't expecting.

Should I wait to find out if I have passed my programme before booking to attend?
No. It is very important that you reply to us before the above deadline. If you are unsure if you wish to attend, please book a place and then advise us should you subsequently change your mind.
I have missed the deadline for replying; what should I do?
Contact us at graduation@lboro.ac.uk or on +44(0)1509 222491 as soon as possible. If it is still possible to give you a space in the ceremony, we will do so.
I have completed my online reply form but not received a response.
We do not send out confirmation emails before the deadline for replies. However you should receive an email confirming your attendance and the number of guest tickets you have been allocated approximately one week before the ceremony. If you have not heard from us by this time, please contact us as soon as possible.
Do I need to inform you if I can no longer attend my ceremony?
Yes, please let us know as soon as you can. At the same time you can also make the arrangements for posting your certificate.
If you have not yet completed your programme or your results were published/confirmed less than 30 days ago and your University IT account remains valid, you should use the MyGraduation tab within the Student Self Service facility to book your place. You will be able to review and amend your booking up until the deadline given in your invitation email.
If you have not received your final results because you have an outstanding academic balance, you should also use the Self Service facility.
