Updates from the MLSC
Support available over summer 2022
We are pleased to announce a programme of maths and stats support during the Special Assessment Period this summer from 18 August to 2 September 2022 (with the exception of the Bank Holiday and University holiday 29 - 30 August).
Sessions may be booked remotely on Teams or you may prefer to drop-in to the MLSC between 11am - 4pm Monday to Friday (no booking required).
We are also offering stats advisory sessions for postgraduates with effect from 27 June 2022.
Please visit our dedicated booking app to book a remote session. Limited in-person stats advisory sessions are also available via the booking app.
Safa Elsheikh joins the MLSC Team!
We are pleased to announce that Safa Elsheikh will be joining the MLSC team in Semester 2.
Before joining the Centre, Safa was teaching Computer Science and Statistics Modules at the University of Sussex International Study Centre and the University of Brighton. Safa also worked as a part time Post Doctorate Researcher at Loughborough University. Safa's primary research focuses on Medical Image Processing and Diffusion Tensor-Magnetic Resonance Imaging.
