Eating Disorders in Student Services
First Steps Eating Disorders in Student Services (EDISS) is set to support students at Loughborough University for a pilot following the successful launch at Nottingham Universities.
First Steps is a charity for people who are affected by eating difficulties and disorders. It offers a friendly and non-judgmental atmosphere for anyone who is having difficulties with food related issues.
Students can access First Step’s support in several ways, such as counselling, drop in sessions, peer support, groups and online/Skype. First Steps also encourages students to get involved through volunteering and student placements.
