Approved accomodation
The Loughborough University London website has details of approved accommodation for London students. Students are required to book their accommodation directly with their chosen provider and the provider is then responsible for managing the tenancy agreement with the student.

- Get your contract checked by the Student Advice and Support Service BEFORE signing. Make an appointment to see an adviser and get your contract checked before you sign (and it becomes legally and financially binding) so that you are aware of your rights and responsibilities.

The Student Advice and Support Service can offer advice and guidance to students on understanding their rights and responsibilities under a tenancy agreement and dealing with problems if they arise.
