Our benefits package is designed to offer support and incentives that fit in with the different stages and circumstances of an individual’s life/career. Benefits such as a generous holiday allowance will appeal to most; childcare support, discounted gym membership, and staff counselling, will only appeal to those that need them. Staff can pick and choose the benefits they want to use throughout their time with us.
